Contact form

Your name, email address, telephone number (optional) and message are used solely to answer your request. Legal basis: your consent and the pre-contractual steps you initiate.

This data is kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted.

The studio letter

Your email address is used to send you the letter, once you have confirmed through a link received by email. Legal basis: your consent.

Every issue contains an unsubscribe link; your address is then removed from the mailing list.

Chat assistant

The assistant shown at the bottom of the pages is provided by L’Atelier du ChatBot (atelierduchatbot.com). The messages you write there, and any contact details you choose to leave, are sent to this service in order to answer you and, where relevant, so that Régis de Saintdo can get back to you. Legal basis: your request.

To keep the conversation from one page to the next, the assistant stores a session identifier in your browser’s storage. This storage, needed for the service you are using, is not used for any tracking.

Cookies and audience measurement

The site sets a single necessary cookie, which remembers your choice about audience measurement for six months.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) kept for thirteen months at most, to count visits and pages viewed. Without your consent, none of these cookies is set. You can change your choice at any time through the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.

Recipients and processors

Your data is neither sold nor passed on. It is processed by our technical providers: Vercel (website hosting, servers located in Paris, France), Supabase (database, servers located in Ireland, in the European Union), Resend (email delivery), L’Atelier du ChatBot (chat assistant) and, with your consent, Google (audience measurement). Vercel, Supabase, Resend and Google are companies based in the United States; any transfer of data outside the European Union is governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@regisdesaintdo.com.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
