After studying interior and furniture design in Paris, Régis de Saintdo worked for twenty years with one of the leading figures of international design.
Throughout his career he has never stopped working on his own objects and furniture.
After serving as art director for a major French yachting house, he drew on his knowledge of ceramics and sculpture to develop a body of work in faience, handling it in an unconventional way and delighting in combining it with rock crystal, fur, wood and howlite — pieces of great originality.
